Skylight Feature

The octagonal skylight floods the central stairwell with natural light, illuminating the space below while adding architectural drama to the ceiling plane. Suspended pendant lighting complements the skylight’s radial steel structure.

Balcony Precision

A streamlined black metal railing frames the upper-level balcony, offering unobstructed views while maintaining structural safety. Its minimal detailing suits the surrounding brick facade and urban garden.

Interior Balustrade

Sharp-edged steel balustrades provide rhythm to the staircase and visual contrast against the neutral wall and floor tones. The simple vertical pattern enhances the spatial flow.
