Porfan Metalwork was commissioned to deliver multiple custom metal components across the building: from bespoke perforated panels and stair balustrades to decorative signage and bike racks. The result is a coherent visual language where every element — visible or functional — speaks the same design dialect.

Key Spaces

Entrance & Façade:

The black powder-coated signage with precision-cut letters creates a sharp and elegant first impression. Framed by perforated metal panels, the entrance blends with the building’s clean architectural lines and discreet sophistication.

Stairwell & Lobby:

Glass and steel railings were installed to ensure safety without compromising openness. At the far end, a custom decorative screen adds texture and identity to the lobby, using geometric patterns to echo the façade’s rhythm.

Interior Circulation & Amenities:

Porfan’s scope included a suspended perforated metal staircase inside a residential-style unit, fabricated with a fine matte finish for tactile harmony. In the basement, a compact but secure green-painted bike rack system was mounted, offering functional precision in a utilitarian space.

Details

Color Palette:

A contrast-driven palette of matte black, warm wood, pale grey, and metallic textures balances the warmth of residential interiors with the professionalism of a modern office building.

Materials and Craftsmanship:

Perforated steel sheets, tubular handrails, laser-cut lettering, and powder coating were all produced in-house by Porfan. Every component was measured, cut, finished, and installed with zero visual clutter.

Engineering & Installation:

Custom fabrication required tight coordination with architects and builders. Pre-mounted systems allowed fast, clean integration into finished interiors with minimal disruption.
