Key Spaces
Central Staircase Core:
The staircase wraps three storeys of the mansion in an elegant ribbon-like form. Its dramatic curvature creates a continuous movement, while the custom balustrades introduce order and restraint — balancing softness with structure.
Entry & Transition Zones:
As one ascends, the design offers uninterrupted sightlines through each floor. The open risers and clean railings preserve spatial transparency, connecting each level while maintaining safety and sophistication.
Material & Detail Integration:
The black balustrade seamlessly meets the white staircase stringers, showcasing meticulous fabrication. The soft reflections on the metal surface contrast beautifully against wood and marble treads.
Details
Color Palette:
Matte black steel contrasts with off-white architectural molding and neutral walls. Natural materials like dark oak and veined marble add richness and warmth, elevating the overall harmony of the interior.
Materials and Craftsmanship:
Laser-cut mild steel, TIG-welded joints, and direct-concrete spindle mounting reflect industrial precision adapted to luxury settings. Every segment was fabricated at Porfan’s workshop and installed with exacting accuracy.
Engineering & Installation:
Due to the staircase’s scale and curved geometry, precise alignment and secure anchoring were essential. All components were dry-fitted and finished onsite to meet luxury-grade installation standards, with minimal tolerance for deviation.
